Drapers Star in San Pasqual Sharing Time

A visiting troupe of actors caught the interest of the San Pasqual Primary children by sharing stories of people whose lives were blessed by Christ's compassionate service.

Abby became  a Nephite girl who was blessed by the resurrected Christ when he visited the Nephites.

Lizzy was the daughter of Jairus, brought back to life by Jesus.

Holly was the woman who was healed by touching the hem of Christ's garment.

Jacob Sr. was a grateful leper, who returned to thank Jesus after being healed.

The San Pasqual Primary really enjoyed these special guests and the stories 

they shared!

Hi Family!

It was so fun to be with you last week!

As we talked about preparedness and ways to motivate each other in this area, is was suggested we share ideas on our family blog.  Here are the talks by Elder Perry and President Eyring.  I think that, in all our busy schedules, spiritual and physical preparedness deserve high priority.  With all the knowledge and blessings we have, we don't want to be like the foolish virgins and be caught unprepared when trials and opportunities come.  I hope we will all study these talks and follow the promptings of the Spirit to prepare ourselves and our families more fully for the times to come.  As we do this, I believe it will help us see what is truly important in our lives, and help us live in a way that will fulfill our purposes here on earth.  Sure love each of you!!!

One of Abby's presents for her twelfth birthday on Saturday was to go and get her ears pierced.  She endured the pain and now has cute pearly earrings to wear!
